At the recently re-opened Blue Bar at The Berkeley, new Bar Manager Marcello Cauda has created a menu that is a proper standout. This is the pick of the bunch for us. Spicy and hoppy, this is a twist on the classic Penicillin. Beautiful.

3. Jalisco Daisy
Hacha Bar have created a beaut of a riff on a White Lady using the juggernaut that is Patron Silver Tequila shaken with Hacha sour mix and egg (or a vegan foaming agent if required) garnished with star anise.

4. A Falling Leaf is the Herald of Autumn
The UK's first Japanese sake bar, shop, and eatery! What’s not to love? It has a wall of sake, for Pete’s sake! Pun intended ;)
The ingredients in this cocktail include Plymouth Sloe Gin, Benedectine D.O.M, apple juice and hojicha. Its has the making of a monster and a standout in this year’s LCW.
