An absolute London institution, the Cat and Mutton has been a stalwart of London Fields since we can remember. Many a memorable night was started at its lofty gates. It’s in full force in summertime when the sun is shining and the vibe is buzzing. Grab yourself one of their benches outside, order a dozen Aperol Spritzes and watch the world go by. One of the very best places in London when you can both drink to your heart’s content and be entertained by the inevitably charmingly kooky London Fields crowd.

Plus the food ain’t half bad. Sunday roasts the size of a small dog. Bloody Marys to wash those Yorkshire puddings down. Burgers, pies, schnitzels, fish ‘n chips. Just an all round great pub menu. Or join in for their famous pub quizzes on Tuesday nights. Basically just head on over there any night of the week and you won’t be disappointed :)
