The Water House Project
After leaving Gavin La Chapelle in 2015 Gabriel Waterhouse had a dream to open his own restaurant so decided to start putting on supperclub experiences while he set this idea in motion. We first came across Gabriel at one of these experiences at his lovely home in Bethnal Green and we were completely blown away by the passion behind him as well as the incredible flavours, ingenious dishes, and flair for the casual fine-dining mix that he is well-known for.

Fast forward a few years and the restaurant is now open. There is one serving a night with a set 9 course menu. And it is such a fantastic gastronomic experience. As the menu changes every month you never know what you’re going to get but you can be sure it’s going to be something really special. Definitely get the wine pairing with the set menu as it complements everything perfectly. Big big big fans right here ;)
