WC

London is full of the entrepreneurial spirit and nowhere exemplifies that more than WC. Which stands for Wine & Charcuterie btw. They have taken over some old public toilets (WC, get it? eh, eh?) and converted them into a pretty damn awesome wine bar. Head down the stairs and into what is actually a really gorgeously decked out bar. A 5 out of 5 restorations project. Super cosy seating, perfect mood lighting, mosaic flooring and tiled walls.

Perfect for a weekday date night this place has got it all. And it’s got a great selection of wines and cocktails. If you get peckish they’ve also got you covered. Plenty of little small plates and sharing platters: duck rillettes, burrata, mini meatballs, charcuterie and cheese boards. In the midst of winter this is definitely one of our favourite drinking holes.
