Beigel Bake, the world-renowned 24-hour bagel bakery on Brick Lane has been supplying fresh traditional homemade bagels (and cakes and breads) since the ‘70s. And let me tell you about their bagels, ‘cos if you haven’t tried them yet, you have been missing out!

Take one bagel, add salt beef, sliced gherkin and a generous splodge of mustard and you have yourself one of humanity’s best inventions.
