London is blessed with plenty of jaw-droppingly great cocktail bars and more are added every day. Yet TT Liquor continues to be the trendsetter in this scene as the few you can mention in the top handful across the city. Boasting one of our favourite cellar bars in town, they also a really cool hidden away roof terrace. And a cinema. And live music. And cocktail masterclasses. And one of the best stocked liquor shops. There is nothing these guys can’t do.

But where they excel is obviously in their drinks. They’re constantly re-working the menu so there aren’t any signatures drinks per se however that’s part of the charm. Last time we were there the whole menu was based on different types of birds and believe you me we wanted to get through every drink as there was not a dud in the whole lot. Of course they’ll make anything that takes your fancy but if they’ve invented it’s definitely worth a shot.

Tip of the day: Conversation is the key to life and nowhere is this more apt. Have a chat with whoever is behind the bar and they will whisk up something that hits all the right notes for you. Every time a winner.
