Bubba Gump
Now we don’t tend to head towards the more touristy venues in London as a rule however who can say no to the iconic Bubba Gump. And if you haven’t watched Forrest Gump and don’t know about this institution that was inspired by the film then you’ve got your next movie night all planned for you! This retro American diner ticks all the boxes for scratching that nostalgia itch and the food is pretty damn good too.

It’s all about the shrimp here. Not gonna lie, the menu is quite intimidating as there’s sooooo much on offer and it all looks awesome. If you want a bit of everything then the only way forward is the Deep Fried Shrimp Platter, as that gives you every type of shrimp under the sun. But really go with anything shrimp and you’ll be fine, New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp is buttery goodness while the Jammin’ Jambalaya makes you feel like you’re right in New Orleans. Eat your heart out with the mains as the desserts are not worth it. Shrimp shrimp shrimp all the way!
