They put on monthly cocktail masterclasses out of their distillery to help you get your flair on and make some delicious cocktails. Extra points for remembering all the cool history lessons you get told about gin in London.

Gin & tonics on arrival, obviously. And after some chats with the lovely people at Sipsmith it’s onto the cocktail making! I personally made an espresso martini that tasted hella good but definitely paid for it the next morning… They also have a Sipping Society you can join to get all their latest experimental gins - we managed to get our hands on a tasty little pineapple number that’ll work wonders over the sunny Easter weekend.
