If we could only have one meal at The London 100 for the rest of our lives it would be a very difficult decision but chances are ramen would be right up there. And Supa Ya Ramen is one of the finest purveyors of ramen that you can find in London. Having hit the big time by doing popups across London, and then delivering insane meal kits during lockdown, Supa Ya now have their very own brick ‘n mortar location on Kingsland Road and oh boy is it awesome.

With a constantly rotating menu you never know what you’ll get. Roast chicken and corn one week, spicy sesame shortrib the next week, and Cumberland sausage tantanmen after that. But you can be guaranteed insane flavour combinations that somehow always work, noodles cooked to perfection (not sure why this is difficult but not many restaurants get this right), and a lively atmosphere every day of the week.
