Artusi
This hidden gem in Peckham is an Italian restaurant that does the basics incredibly well. An ever-changing menu means that this is a community favourite as you know you every time you return the menu will be exciting and new while maintaining a very high level of consistency. As is a staple of the majority of our favourite restaurants, Artusi are very careful when selecting their suppliers, with a lot of locally sourced products.

Although the menu is always rotating, you can be sure to have at least one amazing pasta dish available (like spaghetti with leek, bottarga and pistachio) and that should be at the top of your order. But also make sure to leave enough room for dessert as these are as much a reason to visit Artusi as the mains. Just writing this I’m already thinking about the next time I can make my way over there!
