Hijingo
Hold on, hold on, before you start shaking your head and saying things like isn’t-bingo-that-game-for-grandmas you need to understand that Hijingo is a completely different beast. Even we had our doubts when we turned up however when you step through the door you’re dumped into a multi-sensory overload of information, banging music, euphoric visuals and loads and loads of neon everywhere. We were grinning ear to ear just looking around taking everything in.

And then the game starts, narrated by a very amusing Terry-Pratchett-esque character while massive drum’n'bass beats resound all around and breakbeat dancers show off their moves. And yes, at its core you’re crossing off numbers on a sheet. But we loved it. So much. Games can be won in three stages with prizes such as shots, drones and NES consoles being awarded. Yes please. Overall this was such an awesome experience we will most definitely be returning pronto. As should you.
