Ever wanted to learn how to fly? You can embrace that dream right here in London with the Gorilla Circus Flying Trapeze School! Get ready, this is an incredibly fun (and incredibly tiring) experience that will get your adrenaline pumping all day long. Honestly, there's no better way to get any stress out of your mind - you'll be grinning ear to ear by the time you finish.

So what do you do? Don't be daunted as they will get your practising before throwing you in the deep end, and they also have variations for all levels of skill (thankfully as I have very little flexibility!). But the aim is to finish the session by swinging across the trapeze space and being caught by one of the instructors on a separate swinging bar - oooooh my heart, it's absolutely incredible when you nail this!

Tip of the day: Your hands will get super sore so bring along something cooling or moisturising as you'll want to leave your hands in a bucket of ice by the end of the session. Also maybe plan to get to a nearby pub afterwards as there's nothing better than an ice cold beer afterwards :)
