Quality neighbourhood food.

 

This is one of those fantastic little neighbourhood locals that ride just under the mainstream radar but are exceptionally and consistently brilliant. Having originally come across our radar as a wine bar it quickly evolved into a food haven thanks to the arrival of head chef Nick Bramham who oversees a weekly changing menu of innovative and classic dishes.

It’s not a huge venue but that adds to its charm. Check out the blackboard for this week’s menu, decide what takes your fancy, and then turn your mind to the wine menu. Just as the food is exceptional, so too are the wines and they have an extensive selection of the very best and most interesting wines on the market.

Hint of the day: One thing that always stays on the menu is the cannolo. Read these words: Leave Room For This. With a choice of either pistachio, chocolate or sour cherry, this is a must to end the evening on a high.
