The best BBQ meat in the world.

 

Back when Street Feast first opened up, and London’s street food scene was exploding into the stratosphere, Smokestak was the king. The excitement levels when seeing their huge smokers in any venue was indescribable. Whole weekends would be centred around getting to have some Smokestak. And they have gone from strength to strength, now off the street food scene and into their own brick n mortar restaurant.

Luckily for us the insane bbq flavours have not gone anywhere. Even better, the menu has expanded. Now’s the time to put on that belt with the extra rung. Lamb merguez, pulled pork, pork belly rib, dry aged beef rib - if you can smoke it, it’s on the menu. Too overwhelmed to make a decision? Grab the feasting menu. And make sure to have the burnt peach old fashioned alongside the food as it’s a perfect accompaniment.

Tip of the day: The beef brisket. It literally lives rent free in my dreams. If I could only have on meal for the rest of my life this would be it.
