Chops for days.
It’s not often that you find a restaurant that somehow is one every single person’s radar, being acknowledged as one of the best restaurants in London. And the love for Tayyabs most likely comes from a mix of affordability and consistency. It’s BYOB and food remains well-priced so even if you’re on a budget you can have a bang-up meal here.
And the food itself is soooo good. We’ve never had a bad meal here. They just keep pushing out stunning food. Plus they obviously stand by the motto of ‘If ain’t broke then don’t fix it’ as the menu doesn’t seem to have changed since 1972, and I wouldn’t want it to either. There’s just a happiness in seeing all the favourites still there on the menu.
Food of choice: It would be blasphemous to say anything other than the obvious: the lamb chops. Omg it literally boggles the mind how they can be this good.
